What will it cost me?
There are no up-front attorney fees.
Attorney fees are set by Social Security and are paid out of your back disability benefits – the benefits to which you are entitled before Social Security actually starts paying you.
Attorney fees are 25% of the back benefits up to a maximum allowed by law, which is $6000 at the present time. These fees must be approved by Social Security are paid directly by Social Security to the attorney.
If we don’t win your case for you, there is no fee.
That means we both lose.
The only other cost to you is reimbursement to the attorney for possible out-of-pocket expenses for obtaining medical records and other evidence. This is only payable after you receive your first benefit payment.
